H-1 爆了?
看來美國今年景氣真的是不錯剛聽豆子說 H-1送件第一天就爆掉了
(雖然好像跟我沒關係)
不過 這就是次等公民所要面臨的問題
今天丟了一天的resume
心裡一直再想到底要不要丟學校的工作
學校的工作特色就是 穩定 不受限H-1名額
但是重點是薪水實在不高
到底要H-1還是要薪水?
MBA 去學校工作…. 看起來總覺得怪怪的 (這樣我MBA粉難快速還本耶)
不過到最後我還是丟了一個 看起來薪水稍為高一點的
(沒辦法 紐約生活費這麼高 再加上年底有考試 眾多原因讓我拖到這麼久才開始恢復找工作狀態)
反正就當練習interview唄
有沒有上再說
(練習interview幾各月 最後應該總會有offer吧.....
阿ｑ想法......)

In "Cap-Exempt Petitions" paragraph, if you earned master or above in America, you are in the pool of 20,000. Because the application is mixed with other H1-B application, they have no idea know how much the 20,000 left or has been already over. There will be an another "final receipt date" for these kind of petitions.
Therefore, they still have chance as long as there is still quota in 20,000 limit.
It is unknown now.
